Our Promise, 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your recent purchase. In case you are not, we offer a guarantee. You can return the item to us by following the instructions given below, and we will process your return promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Perishable goods (Food)

For safety concerns, we regret to inform you that returning or exchanging food products is not feasible once they have been delivered to you. However, if you receive a food product (be it dry, fresh or frozen) with quality issues such as incorrect or damaged items, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist with the resolution process, kindly include a photo or video of the incorrect or damaged product.

Our team will respond and take necessary steps to address your report within 3 business days.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returned by Carrier

Our carriers, may return your package for various reasons. These can include an incorrect address, failure to retrieve your package from the pick-up location, package rejection by you or a resident, or damage during delivery.

In such cases, you have multiple options available to you. You may receive a new shipment, but you will be responsible for the shipping fee unless the package was damaged or wrongly returned.

Alternatively, you can cancel your order, but you will be charged a handling fee equivalent to the shipping fee in your country of destination unless the package was damaged or wrongly returned. Any costs or damaging to the products  incurred in this process will be deducted from the refund amount. If the latter is the case, we will provide a full refund of your order, including the shipping fee.

Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item(s), and we will refund the same payment method you used. There will be no charge for this reimbursement.

Returned or extra excise duty by customs

Customs may impose excise duty on the products you ordered for various reasons. Please note that any such costs are beyond our control and responsibility. In certain instances, if excise duty is not paid or if the products are prohibited from entering the country, customs may return the package to our warehouse. If this occurs and the associated costs are not paid, the package will be sent back to us. Once it arrives, we will inform you and assess whether a refund is possible. Any costs or damaging to the products  incurred in this process will be deducted from the refund amount.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item(s), and we will refund the same payment method you used. There will be no charge for this reimbursement.

Delivery Costs & Return Costs

We will refund the shipping costs of your order when the order is canceled and returned to our warehouse. Shipping cost for the return or shipping cost that are charged for a packaged that is not picked up or not accepted at delivery will not be refunded. These costs will be deducted from the initial order amount.

How to Contact us

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@k-ramen.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* Food items, personalized products, and discounted items are not eligible for returns. Nevertheless, if you receive a food product, either fresh, frozen, or dry, that has quality problems like damaged or incorrect items, please get in touch with our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.
